Server Log Files
Oscar Castillo (hereafter refered to as “content provider”) or the web space provider, respectively, collect data about the access of this website (so-called server log files). The data in these log files contain:
Name of the website, file, date and time the website is called up, transferred data volume, message on the successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referer URL, IP address and the provider accessing the website.
The content provider only uses the server log files for statistical evaluation to help the operation, security and optimisation of the website. The content provider reserves the right to check the server log files at a later date if specific indicators lead to justified suspicion about illegal use.

The content provider only collects, uses and shares personal data if it is allowed by law or if the user explicitly consents to it.
When a user contacts the content provider via the contact form, the information provided by the user is saved in order to handle the respective enquiry, as well as handling subsequent communication, should that be necessary. The information is neither used for other purposes, nor is it sold or otherwise made available to third parties.
